• Why do I need Viber?
  When you use Viber, your phone calls and text messages to any other Viber users are free! The sound quality is also much better than a regular call.
• Will Viber help reduce my phone bill?
  Once you and your friends install Viber, you can use it to talk and message as much as you want. Talk, message, and talk and message some more and it’s all free*!

• Does it cost anything to use Viber?
  Viber and all Viber features are absolutely free and do not require any additional “in application” purchase.

• How long does it take to register?
  You don’t have to register! You know your phone number and so do your friends, so why bother with yet another username and password? Viber uses your phone number as your “identity” and lets you make free Viber phone calls to any of your friends that have Viber – using THEIR phone number.
• Why did I receive an access code?
  Once you’ve downloaded Viber, you will receive an Access Code via SMS or via callback to activate Viber. The Access Code ensures that you are the real owner of the cellphone number you have registered and prevents others from obtaining your Access Code and placing calls with your caller ID.
• How do I import my contacts to Viber?
  You don’t need to. Instead of searching for Viber contacts, let Viber do all the work for you! Viber uses your device’s address book to automatically tag who has Viber in your contact list and it’s always synced.
• Can I invite my friends to Viber?
  Yes, and the more friends you have who use Viber, the more free calls and messages for you!
• Can I call people who don’t have Viber?
  Yes, if the person you’re calling doesn’t have Viber, the call will be placed like *regular call, but don’t forget to invite your friends to Viber so your next call is free ;).
  *Regular calls are calls placed through your cell phone service provider, using your cell phone rate plan.
• I don’t have 3G, can I still use Viber?
  You can make calls and send texts via Wi-Fi, as well as via 3G.
• Can I use Viber internationally?
  Yes, it doesn’t matter whether you and your friends are on the same network or even in a completely different country, you can talk and text as much as you want for free*! Just make sure your friends have Viber and check your data plans and roaming rates.
